Trophies, Titles
& Print

Thirty-plus years of hand-built cars have a way of filling a shelf and a few magazine pages. We don't build for the hardware, but the awards and the press are proof of the standard every car leaves on.

A Case Full
Of Wins

Show after show

Best of Class. Elite Winner. Street Legal Showdown Best Muscle. Cruisin' Columbia. A wall of show trophies and a championship belt, earned at events across the Southeast and beyond.

Every one of them started the same way: a car torn down to bare metal and put back together by hand, panel by panel, until it was right. The hardware belongs to the owners who trusted us with their builds, and to the crew who earned it one detail at a time.

Ninety-Day
Wonder

Classic Trucks, October 2016

Our 1968 Chevrolet Stepside C10 earned a full feature in Classic Trucks magazine under the headline "Ninety-Day Wonder."

What began as a rough shop truck became a Prowler Orange showpiece, a 350 crate motor and TH400 behind a second-gen C10 chassis, Boss wheels, and a hand-laid oak bed, built start to finish in about 90 days. That kind of turnaround only happens when the talent and the experience are already in the building.

It's one truck out of hundreds we've built, but it's a good look at what "do it right" means around here.

Sold at the highest level

Over the years, numerous Blalock-built cars have crossed the block and sold at Mecum Auctions, the largest collector-car auction in the world, at the highest level.

Two of those cars are featured right here on this site.

What other local shop can claim that kind of recognition?
